Parkour is an excellent activity for kids. They’ll learn balance and body awareness. More importantly they’ll build the skill set of confidence to overcome challenges like school or becoming a healthy adult.

Rediscover your balance, strength, and flexibility through practices of parkour. This group class setting consists of safe progressions for running, jumping, and climbing obstacles to get you fit and having fun.
Our gym was built to help new athletes to build a sense of discovery, play, self-challenge, and safety. Open gym is the perfect opportunity to explore and play in a creative and safe environment.
